0% Capital One Platinum Credit Card

You can’t knock Capital One for their marketing persistence. It seems that virtually every month I get some form of letter through the mail offering a unique deal I simply can’t miss.

I wouldn’t be able to confirm that they offer anything unique, but they are competitive.

The Capital One Platinum MasterCard incorporates:

• 0% interest on balance transfers until 1st November 2008 - (15.9% interest per annum variable thereafter). Unfortunately, there is a 3% of your balance handling fee for the transfer. Not great…

• 0% on purchases until 1st November 2007. Not a bad offer - but not great with only 3 months to take advantage.
